1. How do I know that the products you sell are brand new?
Every item we sell is guaranteed to be 100% brand new and in the same condition with the shoes in your local store.
2. Which size should I choose?
All products are sold according to the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size conversion chart' link which you will find on every product page. 3. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless "Out Of Stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will have to be a registered user).

1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

2. Can I make changes or cancel my online order?
Yes. Please contact us via Live Chat or email us to cancel an order. Once the order has been under processing, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you can decide whether to keep it or return it after receiving the order.
3. When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped in 2 business days after they are placed. Usually it takes 7-10 working days for the whole delivery process.
